About Benmar Corporation
Benmar is a family owned, home improvement and remodeling business started in 1963 by Marvin Gubin. In 1972, Brad Gubin joined Benmar and has worked daily with his father until recently. Marvin continues to work but is finally taking some much deserved time off.
Benmar provides quality, custom home improvements including awnings, decks, doors, screen rooms, sunrooms and windows. Our vendors have been carefully selected based on the quality of their product, pricing, and the reliability and efficiency of their manufacturing, production and shipping. Warranty terms vary by vendor and by product but Benmar always provides service after the sale.
We guarantee our installation/labor for one year. We are comfortable providing a one year guarantee on our installation/labor because we do not use subcontractors to install our products. Our workmen are our employees and each has been with us for many years. We see and speak with them daily about each job they are assigned and we are always available if they have a question or a problem. We pay full benefits for our employees and they are loyal and trustworthy to us and to our customers. They are courteous and respectful. They do quality work, are reliable and clean up the job site when their work is complete.

We are also very satisfied with the way you designed our Trex deck with a continuation of the sunroom roofing and lower deck skirting and the way it all flows into the existing house - like it was made that way from the initial construction. Your employees are to be commended for their excellent workmanship, courtesy at all times and keeping the area clean during construction. They got along well with our dogs, too.
Not only was our sunroom a successful venture, we have thoroughly enjoyed our vinyl, energy efficient replacement windows that the same crew installed for us, with the same care and expertise as they did with the sunroom and deck.
